Lotus Project is an adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, built intentionally for clinical depth.
At Lotus Project, we built our program differently—by design.
Many PHP and IOP programs rely heavily on group therapy and staff to minimum ratios. While individual sessions may be intended, they’re often impacted by census growth, staffing gaps, or operational pressures.
We chose another path.
We intentionally staff with an extra therapist so individual therapy time is protected, reliable, and meaningful. This allows clients—especially those with co-occurring mental health conditions—to receive consistent, individualized care alongside structured group programming.
Our treatment model integrates two gold-standard modalities:
These skills are practiced repeatedly in both individual and group settings, not just discussed.
Recovery is not only cognitive—it’s physical, emotional, and relational. Our program includes structured therapeutic supports such as yoga, meditation, music therapy, and animal-assisted interventions to help clients regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and stay engaged in care.
We specialize in treating substance use and mental health together. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood symptoms are addressed as part of the treatment plan—not afterthoughts.
Lotus Project is for adults who need more than weekly therapy—but don’t belong in inpatient care. We provide structure, accountability, and depth, while helping clients remain connected to their lives and communities.
Here, clients don’t get lost in the system—they’re supported within it.
